We provide a full suite of fund administration services to hedge funds, fund of funds, private equity and real estate funds and insurance linked securities dedicated funds. Our services include back and middle office fund and portfolio accounting, investor services, AML services, FATCA/CRS compliance, corporate secretarial administration and directorial services. We place great importance on technology and controls and operate in a SOC1 Type II compliant control environment. The company employs a fully integrated technology platform which includes, fund accounting, portfolio accounting and investor services together with a real time 24/7 online platform for clients and investors.

With the relationships Horseshoe has with brokers, lawyers, custodians, bankers and auditors, we can facilitate and manage complete and fully integrated customized solutions to each client which meets their needs and the needs of their investors. History

Formed in 2005 by seasoned insurance and reinsurance professionals with extensive industry experience, we are not affiliated with any other service provider or insurance carrier and act impartially and without conflict of interest in advising our clients.

Through the acquisition of IKONIC Fund Services Ltd. In 2016, we formed Horseshoe Fund Services Ltd. (“HFS”), a Bermuda-based exempted company licensed as a fund administrator by the Bermuda Monetary Authority. HFS is dedicated to providing hedge fund and private equity administration outsourcing solutions to a wide range of global investment managers adopting a diverse range of investment styles. Our fund services product offering specializes in hedge funds, fund of hedge funds, private equity funds and funds investing in insurance-linked securities. Our clients range from emerging managers to large institutional funds.
